Dentatura di un rotore- Hobbing an air compressor rotor

Per la dentatura dei rotori per compressori d'aria si usano creatori con un profilo complesso che è diverso per i rotori "maschio" e per rotori "femmina".
I creatori di questo tipo sono molto sollecitati i quanto devono asportare una quantità notevole di truciolo. La loro velocità di taglio è limitata anche perchè si lavora acciaio con una elevata resistenza (900 - 1000 N/mm2)

For hobbing the air compressor rotors there are two different hobs: one "male" and a second one "female".
The profile of these hobs are complex. The working condition during this operation is very hard, because the hob must remove a lot of material and because the material have a high toughness (900 - 1000 N/mm2).
